This Privacy Policy describes how Trippers ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our iOS app and related services.

1. Information we collect

• Account information: your name, email address, and phone number (when provided), and an avatar image if you upload one.
• Authentication identifiers: when you Sign in with Apple, we receive the identifier Apple provides us and the email address you choose to share (real or a private relay).
• Trip content: the itineraries you generate and save, including destinations, dates, activity ratings, and reviews you write on group trips.
• Device information: a device push token when you enable notifications.

2. How we use your information

• Generate itineraries personalized to your preferences.
• Enable collaboration with friends you invite to a trip.
• Send transactional messages: verification codes, trip invitations, review alerts.
• Secure your account and prevent abuse.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:

• With service providers strictly necessary to operate the app (hosting, email delivery, SMS delivery).
• With members of a group trip you join — they will see your display name, avatar, and reviews you post on that trip.
• When required by law or to protect our rights.

4. Retention

We keep your account data until you delete your account. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account, which permanently removes your profile, trips, behavior history, reviews, and device tokens within 30 days.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Most of these actions are available directly in the app or by contacting us.

6. Children

Trippers is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
